Single hour-long session:
This is a great option if you are good at sticking to your own goals, but would like a personalized workout plan or advice on how to meet your goals.
- Online session: $30
- In-person session: $50
Month-by-month:
This is a great option if you are looking for some acountability, and want to train for an upcoming event, or want to see whether personal training is a good fit for you. We will schedule a set number of sessions per month, and we can meet wherever works best for you: at your home, at a nearby park, or at my home gym. Rates vary based on how many sessions you are able to commit to:
- 4 sessions per month: $160
- 8 sessions per month: $280
- 12 sessions per month: $360
Yearly:
This is the biggest commitment for yourself, a surefire way to see exactly how your body responds to exercise, and the best way to establish lasting habits and progress.
- Pricing starts at: $1800/year
Online:
I also offer an online coaching service. You will have unlimited access to me via email or your other preferred messaging system on a monthly or yearly basis, including weekly check-ins and scheduled reminders from me.
- 1 session: $30
- 1 month: $90
- 1 year: $900
Training with friends (!):
Training with friends is a great way to make workouts more fun and help keep you accountable. It's also a great way to split the cost of training and save money.
